Christian Hasucha: The Island
A lawny hill of 7 metres in diameter is being raised into the air above Neukölln, above the pavement at the corner of Donaustrasse and Erkstrasse, in the beginning of July 2006 and will be free of use (by appointment): It is open for having breakfasts, barbeques or just dazing in the Neukölln sun.
After four weeks the "island", simultaneously a presentation plate and a viewpoint, will be removed again, leaving the memory of a typographic overlap.
8th - 31st of September 2006 on the corner of Donaustrasse and Erkstrasse.
